Gerente de Contabilidad y Finanzas
Es responsable de la información financiera para la generación de reportes, dirigidos a financiadores o directivos de la organización, para la toma de decisiones. Asimismo, tiene a su cargo la contabilidad de ICM para garantizar que esté al día en temas fiscales y contables.
Adicionalmente apoya al área de Tesorería, dando seguimiento a los proveedores que le dan un servicio o soporte a la organización, y se encarga de la elaboración de facturas y recibos de donativos de los financiadores.
Cuenta con más de 14 años de experiencia en áreas financieras, contables y administrativas en empresas trasnacionales y nacionales como Getinge Group y Visión México. Sus principales responsabilidades fueron brindar el apoyo y soporte para las auditorías financieras e internas, la elaboración de reportes y análisis financieros para la dirección de finanzas, y adicionalmente era responsable de cuentas por pagar y cobrar con compañías internacionales y nacionales.
César es Contador Público egresado del Instituto Politécnico Nacional (ESCA Tepepan), y ha participado en diversos cursos sobre reformas fiscales, facturación y Ley Antilavado, para estar vigente con las nuevas leyes que se emiten sobre la materia.

Cesar is the Accounting and Finance Manager at ICM. He is responsible for the financial information regarding the generation of reports for the organization’s funders and programme directors for decision making. He is also in charge of ICM’s accounting to ensure the organization is up-to-date on fiscal, tax, and accounting issues.
He supports the daily treasury, by monitoring the consultants that provide ICM with a service or support and by preparing invoices for donations from funders.
Cesar have more than 14 years of experience in finance, accounting, and administration and he has worked for transnational and national companies such as Getinge Group and Vision Mexico, in which his main responsibilities were providing support for financial and internal audits, preparing reports and financial analysis for the finance departments, and was responsible for payable and receivable accounts with international and national companies.
He is Public Accountant graduate from the National Polytechnic Institute (ESCA Tepepan), and has participated in courses on tax reforms, invoicing, and the Anti-Money Laundering Law, to be up-to-date on the laws that govern these matters.
